At The Mexican Coffee Company, we focus on two main goals: to promote Mexico as an origin of some of the best coffee in the world, and to highlight Mexico’s rich, mysterious, ancient culture. For this reason, we wanted to create a blog in addition to our other means of communication to keep our customers and followers informed about our project, as well as to open a discussion. A conversation among friends, among amigos.
What is Mexican Coffee as opposed to Italian or Brazilian coffee? What makes Mexican coffee special or different? Why is it so unusual to find Mexican coffee in the UK market? What makes a good coffee or bad coffee? Why are some coffees so cheap and others are so expensive? These are some of the most common questions our customers ask us.
Through blog posts, we will address these questions and delve into the different ways in which farmers produce premium, award-winning coffee. We are passionate about providing high quality coffee, and we want our customers to be able to tell for themselves, to know what to look for in a speciality coffee. We also aim to discuss the ethical approach behind the growing of our coffee beans and how we plan to influence the coffee industry globally. In our blog we will also unfold the comparison between organic coffee and our biocoffee, and talk about coffee beyond caffeine.
